Monthly Session: Return to Rest | Restorative Yoga & Reiki Healing

75 minutes of gentle yoga, mindful relaxation, and Reiki energy healing — the perfect way to pause, release tension, and nourish yourself each month.


A deeply restorative session to honour the Winter Solstice — the still point of the year. We’ll end with cacao, small seasonal treats, and quiet time to reflect before we step into the lighter days ahead.
